Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
Submit Quality Proof
Provide clear photographs of the damaged product or the personalization error to help us expedite your replacement or refund.
Receive Authorization
Once reviewed, our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if the error was on our part.
